TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE WITH TGX

Order and Information Submission
  • COMPLETE THE FORM AFTER PAYMENT: After selecting your package and completing payment, please provide all required card details in the form to ensure prompt processing.
  • LABEL INFORMATION STANDARDS: The year, card name, and card set shown on the grading label will be based on the Company’s database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • INFORMATION VERIFICATION: The Company will refer to the card information provided in your submitted form. If any information is incorrect or outdated, our team will correct it according to the Company’s database before printing the label.

Card Packaging and Shipping Requirements
  • Please use clear sleeves only. Opaque-backed sleeves are not permitted. For the safety of the cards, the Company must photograph the package upon receipt and take photographs of both the front and back of each card. In the event of any issue or damage, the Company cannot be held responsible for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control.
  • Please do not attach clear adhesive tape directly to the sleeve or the card for the purpose of pulling the card out, as adhesive residue may cause damage to the card. The Company cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
  • Every card must be placed in a Toploader or Card Saver to ensure proper protection during shipping. If a card is not placed in a Toploader or Card Saver, the Company cannot be held responsible for any bending or damage to the card.
  • If the customer wishes to have the cards processed in a specific numerical order, please clearly label each card with a sequence-number sticker. The sticker must be attached to the outside of the Toploader or Card Saver and must not cover or obstruct the card.
  • If a parcel delivered to the Company arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, including being torn, damaged, or showing signs of severe impact, the Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of that parcel.
  • Once the Company receives the customer’s cards, the Company will record a video and take photographs of the cards received for the customer to review and confirm before the grading process begins. The grading process will proceed only after the Company has received confirmation from the customer. If the customer does not confirm the cards, the Company will not proceed with any grading process. The customer must accept the condition of the cards as shown in the video and photographs provided by the Company.
  • Shipping Parcels to the Company: The Company recommends using Thailand Post EMS, as shipments can be tracked conveniently. Whether the customer chooses Thailand Post or a private courier service, if the parcel is damaged or lost during transit, the sender is responsible for contacting the relevant shipping provider, tracking the shipment, and filing any applicable claims directly with that provider. The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control.

TGX Card Grading Standards
  • Autograph Card Criteria : Autographs on cards must be officially issued or authenticated by the card manufacturer. If a card contains an external autograph from another individual (such as an artist, voice actor, or actor) that was not officially issued by the card manufacturer, photographic or video evidence showing the individual signing the card must be provided. If such evidence cannot be provided, the company will consider the autograph a “card defect” when evaluating and assigning the card’s grade.
  • Grading Finality : The final grade assigned to a card is determined solely by the Company’s qualified specialists in accordance with the Company’s grading standards. By submitting a card for grading, the customer acknowledges and accepts the Company’s grading criteria and final assessment.
  • Card Confirmation Images : Images of cards sent via LINE or the Company’s online system are provided solely to confirm the identity, quantity, and correctness of the submitted cards. Such images cannot be used as a basis for estimating grades or as evidence for identifying or disputing defects, marks, or imperfections on the cards.
  • Technical Tolerances and Dust Inside the Slab (Slab Quality): Minor spacing variations in the text displayed on the grading label, within approximately ±1–2 character spaces, are considered acceptable under normal production standards.
  • Because the slab is sealed during the manufacturing process, small dust particles measuring 0.5 mm or less are considered normal and acceptable. If dust or any foreign object with a diameter greater than 0.5 mm is found inside the slab, the customer may submit the card to the Company for a slab replacement claim.
  • Processing Time: Grading turnaround times depend on the Company’s workload at the time of submission. The processing period begins from the date the Company receives the items and the submission has been successfully confirmed in the system. In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company will notify the customer accordingly.
  • Counterfeit/Fake Cards: If a card is found or reasonably suspected to be counterfeit or an imitation, the Company will immediately refuse to grade the card. The customer will be notified, and the card will be returned to the customer.

Image Usage Rights
You agree and consent to the Company photographing and recording videos of your cards, and to the use of such images and videos for the Company’s promotional materials, online channels, website database (Population Report), and marketing activities. The Company will not disclose your personal information, in order to ensure the highest level of privacy and security.
Return Shipping and Liability for Damage

  • The Company will deliver parcels to customers exclusively via Thailand Post EMS.
  • For customers collecting their items in person, the Company will contact them to arrange a collection date. If the Company is unable to contact the customer within 30 days, the Company shall not be liable for any issues or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control.
  • When sending or receiving items, customers must record a clear, detailed, and continuous video and take photographs showing both the front and back of the items at every stage. The Company shall not be liable for any issues or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control, including damage caused during transportation.
  • Edited photographs or screenshots cannot be used as evidence or for verification because various AI filters and image-editing technologies are currently available.
Important Notice Regarding Warranty and Compensation
The Company does not impose additional service fees based on the value of a card, unlike international card-grading companies, which generally charge additional fees for high-value cards.

If a card is damaged or lost as a direct result of the Company’s service process, the Company will provide compensation based on the actual damage. The value of the damaged item will be assessed by the Company, and compensation shall not exceed THB 5,000 per item.

Customers who wish to purchase additional shipping insurance must make a special request through the Company’s LINE Official Account. Additional charges will apply for insurance provided by Thailand Post.

For customers who do not purchase additional insurance, the Company shall not be liable for any issues, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control.
